By using this website and participating in offerings by Nicole Derseweh (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You agree to use the site and services only for lawful purposes.

2) Nature of Services

Offerings are for personal development, education, and spiritual practice. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

3) Spiritual Sacrament

Plant-medicine ceremonies, where offered, are religious-spiritual practices and sacraments. We do not sell or distribute controlled substances. References to any medicines are for spiritual, educational, and harm-reduction purposes only. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

4) Health and Safety

You agree to disclose truthfully all relevant health conditions and medications, to consult your licensed clinician about risks and contraindications, and to refrain from participation if advised against it. Our services are not appropriate for acute crises or emergencies.

5) Payments, Donations, Cancellations

Fees or suggested donations are listed at the point of registration. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust staffing and logistics.

6) Community Conduct and Boundaries

You agree to participate respectfully, honor consent and confidentiality, and follow facilitator instructions. We may decline or discontinue services at our discretion to protect safety and integrity of the container.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and program frameworks, including Reclamation Therapy™, are protected. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission.

8) Testimonials and No Guarantees

Testimonials share individual experiences and do not guarantee outcomes. Results vary.

9) Assumption of Risk; Release

You understand that somatic, breath, and spiritual practices can involve physical and emotional intensity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks and release us from claims arising from participation, except where caused by our willful misconduct.

10) Privacy

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version. Continued use indicates acceptance.

12) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except claims that may be brought in small-claims court. You waive class actions.
