Loud AF: Emotional Release Workshop

You good? Would you feel free to say so if you weren’t? 

In our culture, we’re taught to celebrate the “good” emotions—joy, excitement, gratitude. But where is the space for rage? For heartbreak? For grief? For shame?

Most of us were never shown how to safely feel or express these parts of our human experience. We’ve learned to suppress them—to stay quiet, stay small, stay composed. Over time, that suppression builds into an emotional backlog, stored in the body like static in the nervous system. It can leave us feeling heavy, disconnected, reactive—or even physically unwell.

This workshop is a ritual for clearing that backlog.

On Thursday, September 25th, I’m holding a brave, messy, sacred space for you to let it out. We’ll move, yell, cry, scream into pillows, pound the floor—whatever your body needs to release what’s been trapped inside.

This is not a place to be polished or polite. This is where we reclaim our right to feel it all.
